Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return guarantee. You may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your package.

Return Conditions
To ensure your return can be processed smoothly, please make sure that:
The item is unused and remains in the same new condition as received;
The item is returned with its original packaging and all included accessories;
The return request is submitted within 14 days after delivery;
Please do not send the item directly back to the manufacturer, as this may affect the return process.
The following situations may only qualify for a partial refund (if applicable):
The item is damaged, missing parts, or has been used for reasons not caused by us;
The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Return Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection status via email.
Refund Processing
If approved, your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days, and the amount will automatically be returned to your original payment account.

If you have not received your refund yet, please try the following steps:
Check your bank account or payment account again;
Contact your credit card company, as refunds may require additional processing time;
Contact your bank, as some banks may have delayed processing times.

Gift Order Refunds
If your order was marked as a gift, the refund will be issued in the form of a gift voucher and sent to you by email.
If the gift was purchased and shipped directly to you by the gift giver, the refund will be returned to the original payment account of the purchaser, and the gift giver will receive a refund notification.
Return Shipping Policy
If the return is caused by product quality issues or incorrect items sent by us, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike or ordering the wrong item), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
